  From gate to gate as fast as you can.

• Black Route

  From the Peel to the Peel, with no deviations or short cuts. New climb, Worm Hole, the lot.

• Electric Blue descent

  From the Buzzards Nest car park to the fence before the fire road.

• Red Route

  From the Peel, round the Red-route & back again.

• Spooky Wood descent

  From the post at the top down to where you come out on to the Fire Break at the Meteor.
