For riders looking to learn all of the core mountain biking skills, this full day covers all the techniques that will allow you to progress onto our next two classes. From the basics of going around a corner to getting up technical climbs, this is a new evolution of our classic Trail High School course.
Finding Flow and Getting Air
Floating down the trail. This day course for only four people, takes a close look at how to find balance, grip and speed on flowing terrain. We explain how the fast guys make it look so easy and gives you an insight into how to start choosing when you want to be in the air and when you want to find grip.
Riding Steep and Natural
Using the control and techniques taught in our other classes, this day course takes you out of the trail centre and onto some of the steepest, gnarliest trails in the Tweed Valley. We'll teach you how to find grip, stay in control and understand how to ride slippery roots, tight corners and loose steep chutes.
Our Race Craft courses focus on discipline specific coaching for Cross Country, Downhill, Enduro mountain bike and Cyclocross racers.

BASE College Course
Mountain bike coaching meets college qualification. Based around the 7 Stanes trails at Glentress and Innerleithen, our ground breaking, world exclusive partnership with Borders College provides a two year full time college course in performance mountain biking.
