Using our time on the trails with hundreds of riders, we wanted to share our experiences with you. You donʼt even have to leave the sofa. Taking a totally different approach to learning mountain biking, the film shows you how itʼs done and gives you the steps to achieving them in a relaxing, laid back atmosphere. The way we like it.

Sometimes it’s easier to learn when watching others do it too. So, thereʼs a bunch of highlights from our lessons in the DVD. Showing you the thoughts and feelings of other riders learning. Letting you relate everything to your own experiences.

All the essentials are covered in a very in-depth style. Thereʼs blue, red and black level trails included for progression.
