Our Dirt School Little Rippers sessions are the perfect place for young kids to come and learn to ride. Starting off in a fun, safe environment this course is perfect for kids aged 7 to 9 years old. Using games, challenges and simple coaching techniques they will develop their bike handling skills, meet new friends and learn about the forest. With two coaches per group of 12 children we can ensure the safety and well-being of your child, while allowing them to explore the trails at Glentress and learn fundamental riding skills. These half day sessions start simple in the Skills Loop and Green Trails before stepping up to blue trails, and possibly some of the easier red trails. This is the perfect foundation for working towards our Youth Academy.

The Advanced Academy is aimed at advanced young riders, who may have outgrown the coaching available at their club, or are simply outrunning their parents on the trails. You may also have progressed through our Youth Academy and are now looking for more challenges. Our expert coaches will guide these riders and provide a safe environment so that they can access more difficult trails and push their limits. From learning how to jump properly to finding control on steep and natural trails, our coaches will provide the knowledge and expertise for these riders to thrive.
