  • Learn how to jump with control
  • Learn how to remain stable and neutralise bumps and undulations on the trail
  • Discover how dynamic movement in corners can allow you to find more grip
  • Understand how a berm and a jump use the same skills
  • Learn how to apply dynamic movement to all areas of the trail in order to find flow and control
  • Learn how to pump the trail for speed
  • Learn about 'Grip Points', a specially developed way to read the trail and find grip when there seems to be none
