The essential day course for all riders. This full day covers all the techniques that will allow you to progress onto our next two classes. Covering everything from cornering with speed and control to manuals and drop-offs, this course will leave you feeling confident at tackling blue and red trails and beyond.
Finding Flow and Getting Air - Women
This advanced day course for only four riders, takes a close look at how to find balance, grip and speed on fast, flowing terrain. We explain how the experts make it look so easy and give you an insight into how to choose when you want to be in the air and when you want to find grip.
Riding Natural Trails - Women
Using the control and techniques taught in our other classes, this advanced class takes you out of the trail centre and onto some of the mellower natural trails in the Tweed Valley. We'll teach you how to find grip, stay in control and understand how to ride slippery roots, tight corners and loose steep chutes.
Women's Winter Workshops
A shorter course for the shorter days. We'll look at quick things you can change about your technique so that you're practicing the right things in the winter months. Starting at 10:00 and running till 13:00, we'll wrapped up in the café at the end of the session with a bowl of soup.
