- Led by your time and commitments, 3 - 4 sessions per week focussed on real-world bike riding
- We won’t blind you with science, our plan is based on proven research delivered without the jargon

- Aiming for an event or race? Our coaches have been to everything from EWS, World Cup, enduro, marathon, 24hr, XC, DH and even the track and road internationals

What's The Plan?
- Periodised Training Plan with daily training sessions specific to you - contributed to by top Dirt School coaches, Enduro World Series staff and managed weekly by head of META James McCallum
- Training based on your current level using specific power and/or heart rate training zones
- Coach call per week, with updates to your plan after each call
- TrainingPeaks Athlete Account included
- Training schedule emailed weekly, detailing your training and rest days
- Introduction and rider consultation - In person or via telephone, Skype or FaceTime
- Evaluation of lifestyle - including your commitments, time available to train, medical and cycling history
- Baseline testing to determine training zones
- £150 / month (6 month minimum subscription)
